Our home, Vista Serena Villa, is a modern luxurious rental in the heart of the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica. One of only a handful of glorious Blue Zones in the entire world, and just moments from the award winning Playa Conchal Beach!.  It is perfect for those wishing to unwind and enjoy the Pura Vida lifestyle that Costa Rica has to offer.  Vista Serena Villa is one of 6 Villas located in the Aromo neighborhood of the protected lands within Reserva Conchal (RC).

The Villa has a small pool, just off the covered terrace with custom built in bbq grill, cabinets, and sink for outdoor entertaining, cooking etc.  Also on the terrace is a large dining room table that seats 6, and patio furniture that seats 4. The home includes 3 bedrooms (one on the main floor and two upstairs).  It comfortably sleeps 6 adults.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there’s a powder room on the main floor next to the living room/kitchen which is an all open floor plan.  The two bedrooms upstairs have their own balconies providing amazing ocean views.  This ocean view is also spectacular from the living room, kitchen, terrace, and pool.

Reserva Conchal (RC) is known for its 2000+ acres of preserved lush forests, plants, and flowers.  It offers its guests and owners an exclusive community of welcoming staff, and friendly neighbors.  Our on-site personal beach club boasts 2 delightful restaurants, 2 pools, a gym, world class spa, kids club/park, and superb pool-side service.  Don't forget to ask about the SUP board and kayak rentals available.  RC is also host to the world class Robert Trent Jones Golf Course accessible to every guest of Vista Serena Villa,

Within the RC neighborhood, is The Westin resort and brand new exclusive W Hotel.  Both offer our guests additional beach clubs, restaurants, bars, and spas available for use by anyone staying at Vista Serena Villa.

The nearest airport you’d be flying into is in Liberia (LIR International Airport), which is about an hour from our home.

Our private concierge, Roy, will meet you at the RC Front Desk, where you’ll receive your keys, a map of the community, some information about local restaurants, and shuttle service, as well as your exclusive wristbands allowing access to the private owner's beach club/spa/restaurants.  Roy will complete your check-in by giving you a tour of the home, help schedule excursions, answer questions re: nearby towns’ attractions etc., and provide his contact information where he can be reached day and night for anything you need.  Plus, he can arrange transport services to and from the airport if you opt not to rent a car.  If you stay for at least 7 days, a mid week cleaning is included.  Roy is also a world class chef!  You would not be disappointed if you decide to take advantage of his delectable dinners.

 

The general concierge at RC’s Front Desk, can assist you with renting a vehicle, if you decide after arrival, for a bit more than what it would be at the airport.  They can also assist with calling for a taxi to explore the many off-site, must-see, destinations.  For example, Flamingo (about 20 minutes away) has another luxurious beach and an amazing beachside restaurant called Coco Loco!  Tamarindo is another popular destination for shopping, dining, and surfing lessons.

RC provides a complimentary front door shuttle service which arrives within 5-10 minutes of calling to request, and will take you to anywhere on the property: golf course, beach clubs, spas, gift shops, restaurants, and bars - all located throughout RC (this includes destinations within The W, and Westin properties).  Shuttle will also take you to the Wildlife Preserve if you are nature lovers or enjoy a nice hike on the many designated walking paths.  One such path is The Congo Trail where you’ll have prime viewing of the indigenous Howler Monkeys located in RC.  

 

Conchal beach is just a few steps from the beach club pools.  With the shuttle service, you can be relaxing on this white sand beach, under the warm sun, within 10 minutes.
